FACILITIES TO BE PAID FOR LOCALLY: optional beach service, Bar, restaurant, market/enoteca, pizzeria, games parking, laudry. Small/medium dog are admitted; € 35,00 compulsory for final disinfestation.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Reservations secured on receipt of 30% booking deposit and subsequent booking confirmation. For cancellations notified more than 30 days before start date, client will lose 15% of booking deposit; for cancellations notified less than 30 days before start date client will lose 100% of booking deposit. 1. Entrance to the resort is strictly reserved for guests. Friends and family may visit only by arrangement with the management, for no more than 1 hour and leaving an ID document with security staff. For longer stays, upto 24.00, visitors must pay €5, per person and €5 per car parked, according to availability in car parking areas reserved for visitors.

2. Accommodation is available between 16.00 and 20.00 on the date of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 on the date of departure.

3. Booking dates: the first date is the Saturday of arrival and the second date is the Saturday of departure.

4. In case of late arrival, accommodation will remain available upto 10.00 of the day following the booked date of arrival, unless previously arranged.

5. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

6. Small pets are welcome.

7. It is an offence according to Law No 1926 of 24 November 1939, and therefore strictly forbidden, for extra guests to stay in the accommodations beyond the numbers stated at the time of booking.

8. Guests are requested to deposit carefully tied-up refuse bags in the nearby refuse bins provided, between 19.00 and 24.00.

9. No shouting or loud noise between 14.00 and 16.00.

10. The playground and games room are closed to guests from 14.00 to 16.00 and 24.00 to 09.00.

11. Cars may not be driven on the resort roads except for unloading on arrival and loading on departure.

12. It is prohibited to damage the greenery: it belongs to all.

13. It is strictly forbidden to deposit items such as sanitary products and plastic bags in the toilets or anything that might obstruct the sewerage system. The management reserves the right to charge for any resulting damages.

14. Notification of damages or breakdowns must be reported to the management who will arrange for replacement or repair, charging guests for the cost if appropriate.

15. Entrance into the resort constitutes acceptance of and agreement to comply with the rules and regulations which can be amended and added to according to managements discretion. Resort staff are authorised to enforce the rules and to report non-compliance to the management.

Rules and regulations are by their very nature conditional upon individual personal liberty and respect for a collective harmony. Restrictions imposed by the rules and regulations are justifiably intended for the creation of respect and consideration for fellow holidaymakers and staff.
